The cancellation conditions of the WKO General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply:
- Up to 3 months before arrival, free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
- during the week before arrival 90%
